I believe that Arsenal going into this summer had to address the attack and not only did they sell a ton of attackers but they only signed one out and out left winger after getting rid of two. Along with the good sales they have accumulated this summer.

Aston Villa I believe have gone into the summer with the idea of earning some money. However, the likes of Manzambi, Jackson and Suzuki have the ability to be great players so only time will tell.

3. Bournemouth

I believe that Everton did very well in rebuilding their midfield. However, when it comes to defense and attack it was an absolute shambles. They replaced their best player with an aging and out of form Grealish and sold their backup striker and did not bring in a replacement after the Florian Balogun transfer fell through on deadline day. They have not done what they needed to do which could cause them major issues.

10. Fulham

They did well to get Bradley Barcola but did not replace legendary Mo Salah. I think they have left some gaping holes in the side and could find themselves in a mess.

I believe they did not get what they needed. They did get the midfielders that they needed but one is injured along with the other one who is experienced and the last one who United fans are not convinced of just yet. They needed a left back, winger and center back very badly and have neglected those positions all together. Their squad is thin and injured leaving themselves in a rough spot with many more games this season than they had last.

17. Newcastle United

I think they really needed to freshen up the defense which is why their rating is where it is at. I think their business was good however and could very well work out in their favor.
